The deadline for financial support applications has now passed and all funds have been allocated.

WE have set up a dedicated fund for members with financial barriers which would prevent you from accessing conference. The fund is made up of a contribution from the core conference budget as well as donations from our members. WE have a limited number of supported places available, and we can also offer some help with travel and costs if you are not able to cover them yourself and a small number of pre-booked accommodation places.

The fund is intended to subsidise conference tickets for:

• members on a low-income / in financial hardship or

• members whose weekend might incur access costs which would be prevent them from attending (for example, employment of a carer). 

If you would like to apply for a supported place, please let us know your requirements in the box below.  It will help us if you can tell us how much you would be able to contribute towards your ticket cost, and if you are requesting help with travel please tell us how much help you would need to access the cheapest travel (eg coach).

Financial support applications must be submitted by Friday 17th August at the latest, to enable us to allocate funds and accommodation.
