Thank you so much for volunteering to help at conference!   We couldn't do this without you.

We need to be sure everyone is fully briefed and confident, and all your questions have been answered, so please join us online for one of three webinar briefings.  All conference volunteers need to have attended one of the briefing sessions, but please note you only need to come to one of the three.  

Alongside this, Charlotte will hold a special short webinar for those of you who are volunteering as part of the weekend communications team, and Halla will hold one for those of you joining her Party Business team on Sunday.  If you've volunteered for one of these, they'll be in touch with you soon. 

You just need to be able to get online from a smartphone or tablet, or have access to a telephone, to join the call.  Once you've confirmed your attendance you'll receive joining instructions for the meeting in your confirmation email.  We look forward to meeting you online,
