Members & Supporters Officer
The Women’s Equality Party is looking to recruit a Members and Supporters Officer to work within our core team. The postholder will be the first point of contact for our members and supporters, and will implement a membership engagement strategy to support active engagement with the party and its work. They will make good use of our database as an information management, communication and insight tool, and to maximise the fundraising potential of the party. They will write and manage member communications, respond to queries and work with the team to achieve financial and membership targets.
The successful candidate will be passionate about women’s equality and the work of the party, will have experience of database management and effective communication with a variety of audiences. They will be persuasive, have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised and able to work on their own initiative.
