Abortion does not belong in criminal law. 

Despite decades of campaigning women in England, Scotland and Wales still risk prosecution when choosing to have an abortion. They still have to prove their pregnancy involves a bigger risk to their physical or mental health. They still have to ask for permission from two doctors to terminate their pregnancy.
