The Want Women Want 2.0 project is now live nationwide, WE are getting involved in Suffolk and we'd love you to join us.
In 1996, women across the United Kingdom changed the face of British politics by sharing what they wanted - 10,000 women sent in postcards with their answers to the question: what do you want?
Twenty years on, WE are doing it again, and our branch wants to include every woman’s voice from Suffolk.
With our local outreach, Suffolk is going to be part of feminist history.
Join us on Saturday 5th November as WE go canvassing in Ipswich:
- 10am - Meet up for a briefing session over tea/coffee at Bicafé O Português, 36 Norwich Rd, Ipswich IP1 2NJ
- 10.45am – Canvassing door-to-door
- 11.30am – De-brief over tea and cake back at Bicafé O Português
This is a great opportunity to meet up with other like-minded individuals, have a giggle and help raise awareness of the party locally.
