How do others judge you in ways that they’re not even aware? And what about the ways in which they ARE aware? Moreover, how are YOU guilty of doing this to others, conscious and unconscious alike?

This talk with Susan J Mumford for the Women’s Equality Party will unpack bias and the role that it plays for everyone in modern-day society. Incorporating unconscious bias, conscious bias and intersectional bias, you’ll leave with an appreciation of the significant role that bias plays in day-to-day life, from the kitchen to the boardroom. This understanding will help you identify bias both witnessed and personally experienced, as well as give you new tools to take positive action on the spot.

This talk by Susan J Mumford will be followed by a participatory Q&A.
