Want to represent WEP in Tower Hamlets?
We need to bring equality to Tower Hamlets council and we’re looking for a candidate to run for the Women’s Equality Party in Bethnal Green at the council elections.
Want to be our candidate?
No experience necessary – you just need to be passionate about shaking up the system and driving change.
Lots of support and training will also be offered to candidates, in addition the branch will be fundraising to cover the expenses of running a candidate.
The main campaigning will take place in April however you will need to be available for meetings and activities in February and March.

Branch Meeting This Saturday – @craftygirllifehacks craftivism banner making workshop
Our next branch meeting is this coming Saturday and we’ll be making our first Tower Hamlets banner.
The fantastic Penny a.k.a @craftgirllifehacks will lead our workshop and all materials will be provided.
Workshop starts at 10:30 with updates on WEP party business.
However we have the space until 2:30pm so please drop by at if you can’t make the start of the meeting.
