Make Votes Matter

Make Votes Matter

Thank you very much for attending and participating in our Make Votes Matter event to hear about the cross-party campaign for Proportional Representation.

It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm and we hope you found the discussion as useful as we did! It certainly looks like we generated sufficient interest for an MVM Cheshire group.

To help get us started a shared folder has been created with local contact details, documents and relevant actions we can take individually or together.

Would you like to help co-ordinate the group?

Although the group is intended to be collaborative and without a hierarchy - anyone can take it upon themselves to support and highlight the local campaign in an appropriate manner - we will need some people to monitor/moderate social media and respond to emails for example.

If you are keen to volunteer and play an active part in co-ordinating the MVM Cheshire group, please reply to this email with a description of the skills you would like to offer.

And you might also want to register to join the MVM All Activists Call via Zoom on Monday 14th March at 6pm to learn about their Local Group Strategy.

It was a pleasure to meet everyone.

Let's make a difference as constituents, trade union members, councillors, political parties or none.

Thank you for supporting democracy!
