How To Access The Conference Watch Party
All ticket holders will be emailed a link to access the Conference App.
This year, WE Conference 2020 was held online. The app also allows you to access the recordings of the sessions, see the discussion delegates had during the session and find information about the sessions and speakers.
Accessing the conference app on your mobile device
- You will be emailed a link to access the conference app. The subject will be ‘You’re Invited to Women’s Equality Party Conference 2020’. The sender will be named Women’s Equality Party Conference 2020, from the address [email protected]
- On your phone, click the first link, entitled: ‘You’re invited to download Women’s Equality Party Conference 2020’.
- This will open the app in either the Google Play store, or the Apple store. Install the app on your mobile device.
- Once installed, open the app and enter the email address you received the invite. You will be sent an email from ‘[email protected]’ with the subject line ‘Sign up for WEP conference 2020’. Click the blue continue button on the email and choose to open the link in your conference app.
- Fill in your details. You’re now logged in!
Accessing the app on your laptop or computer
If you don't want to download the app or want to watch recordings on a laptop or desktop computer you can also access the app on a web browser.
To access the webpage, follow the steps below:
- You will be emailed a link to access the conference app. The subject will be ‘You’re Invited to Women’s Equality Party Conference 2020’. The sender will be named Women’s Equality Party Conference 2020, from the address [email protected]
- On your desktop, click the first link, entitled: ‘You’re invited to download Women’s Equality Party Conference 2020’.
- Enter the email address with which you received your invitation.
- Follow the instructions on screen to log in to the app.
- You'll be able to view the sessions, speakers, marketplace and other information.

- Check that you are using the correct email address. You will receive the invitation to the email address you used to sign up for a ticket. You must use this email address to log in to the conference app and webpage.

FAQs
When do I have to download the app?
You can download the app at any point up up until and throughout the watch party weekend. It's recommended that you download the app bon Friday 30 October at the latest to get used to it and troubleshoot any problems.
I can't post on the community feed/session discussion?
You will not be able to post on the app in any of the discussion areas now that conference is over.
I haven't got a link / email
Please check your spam folder for emails. Your email will go to the email address that you signed up for a ticket with.
I don't want to or can't download the app
You can still access the conference through the webpage. Follow the instructions above to access the webpage.
