WE are super-thrilled to host Mary O’Hagan, most recently active with the National Democratic Institute as their senior director in Ukraine.

After specialising in political geography as part of her first class degree from Oxford Mary has been active both in the UK and Europe, implementing parliamentary, political party and civic programs, public opinion research and election monitoring programs.
