WE H&B are pleased to announce the third of their volunteer training sessions (Module 2b) which will cover staying on message, answering difficult questions and how to handle difficult situations. 

Each of these sessions are stand-alone but helpful if you have been able to attend the earlier ones on 22 September and 29 September.

Entrance is free of charge but please RSVP so we can keep track of numbers.  Venue to be confirmed.
