Join us for our August branch meeting - all members present will be invited to nominate themselves and vote for our three key positions; Branch Leader; Treasurer; and Secretary.

What are they and what do they do?

• Branch leader

The branch leader acts as a liaison between branch and head office and supports branch volunteers to do great things.

• Branch treasurer

The branch treasurer needs to ensure the sound financial management of our affairs, including our bank account and reporting on donations.

• Branch secretary/data manager

The branch secretary manages our online database of local supporters. 

Interested?

We'll be electing our branch officers for the six months covering August 2016 - January 2017. Anyone is welcome to stand and the branch leader role is ripe for a jobshare!

Steps: 

• Come along, nominate yourself on the night and say a few words about why you want to take on the role.
• OR if you can't make it, send a short email to [email protected] by 16 August, saying what role you'd like to stand for and why.  
• We'll vote by private ballot on the night.
