It's our last branch meeting of 2017! 

We'd love you to come along if you would like to stand as a Women's Equality Party candidate in Lewisham in the local elections next year. We will have some time at the meeting to work on the application forms with anyone interested in being a candidate and to explain how you will be supported by the branch. 

If you'd like to be part of the local election campaign team in any other way - there are lots of ways - we'll be able to answer questions and share experiences of what's involved and how much fun you'll have!

There will be the usual updates on branch activities and plans and lots of time to hear any ideas you have for WE Lewisham.

Also, after almost 3 years, our branch leader Madeline is stepping down (something to do with a PhD and a marathon). So if you are interested in taking on the role of branch leader, this would be a great opportunity to meet branch members and find out about what's involved.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST... We'll be collecting beauty gifts for Women for Refugee Women. If you're able to bring a gift for a refugee woman to feel welcomed and valued this Christmas, we'll be sure to pass it on.
