❤️ Culture Club is proud to bring you its 2nd event since growing from a monthly book club: Celebrating Toni Morrison! ❤️
The format for this event will be something a bit different from the standard book club.
All we ask is that each of you bring one recommendation with you, that you are willing to talk to us about, based on our theme.
8pm.
Meet our candidate Korina: Our candidate for the London elections will be presenting her Ted Talk and discussing her vision for Lambeth and Southwark.
8.15 - 9.30pm
Local manifesto planning discussion - WE want to know what policies you would like to see in a local manifesto!
9.30-10pm
AGM - Annual General Meeting - a yearly requirement for all WE branches, more information on the agenda will be shared closer to the time.
All evening: Swap Shop
Bring along your unloved clothes and swap them - a planet friendly way to breathe new life into your wardrobe. WE will have a stylist (Korina’s sister) if you want any help deciding what to take away!
If you would like to take part in the Swap Shop please bring a donation and you can take home as much or as little as you like, all proceeds will help Korina to stand in the election in May.
