We’re excited to have Tam O’Neill talk about the CARE Global Women Lead in Emergencies initiative, which she co-leads. It provides targeted support to women directly affected by conflict or disaster to increase their voice and influence over decisions that affect their lives. This is desperately needed because women are mostly excluded from design and delivery of emergency/humanitarian response (as COVID has highlighted!).
