The freephone number is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is answered by fully trained female helpline support workers and volunteers who will answer your call in confidence. 

 

Rape Crisis UK

The helpline is open 12am – 2.30pm and 7 – 9.30pm. Call the national Rape Crisis helpline to speak to a trained worker, who can also tell you where your nearest services are located if you would like face-to-face support or counselling.

Resource to find your nearest Rape and Sexual Assault Referral Centre. These are specialist medical and forensic services for anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted.They aim to be one-stop service, providing the following under one roof: medical care and forensic examination following assault/rape and, in some locations, sexual health services. Medical Services are free of charge and provided to women, men, young people and children.
