Call to decriminalise abortion

Call the Health Secretary to demand the decriminalisation of abortion

☎️ CALL THE HEALTH SECRETARY TODAY ☎️

Right now, WE are flooding the Health Secretary's phone line to demand he takes action to reform abortion law.

Join us from wherever you are to stand up for the right to choose, for healthcare, for bodily autonomy, and for our freedom.

Our mass call to the Health Secretary will demand that abortion is removed from criminal law, where it does nothing but put women at risk.

Can you make just one call to support the campaign from 9am-5pm today?

Step 1: Call either of the following numbers (if one is busy please try the other!)

📞020 7219 7117

📞01354 656 635

Step 2: Read the following script to the person who answers, or leave it as a message.

I am calling to ask the Health Secretary to put an end to women being criminally investigated for ending a pregnancy. Abortions are a vital aspect of a woman’s healthcare and have absolutely no place in criminal law. They should be safely regulated like any other medical procedure. Please support access to reproductive healthcare by removing abortion from criminal law and protect women’s rights to free, safe and legal abortions.

Feel free to end the call as soon as you have finished the script. Additional information about our campaign for abortion rights is available here >>

Step 3: Boost our campaigning efforts by letting us know that you’ve called.
