Thank you so much for volunteering at the first Women's Equality Party Conference!   We are very much looking forward to a fun weekend, and with the many hands of our team and you wonderful WE volunteers, we know we can make it run like clockwork.

We have volunteer briefing sessions scheduled for Friday 18th at 8:30am, Sunday 20th at 3:30pm and Monday 21st at 6:30pm.  The briefings take 45 mins, they'll be identical, so you only need to attend one, but all volunteers do need to be at one of them please.  Once you've let us know when you can volunteer and what you'd like to do, you'll receive an email with details of how to book onto your chosen briefing session.  

We've worked out a schedule which will make the best use of all of your offers to volunteer without taking too much time out of your conference weekend.  We'd be very grateful if you could select two or three of the volunteer slots over conference weekend, below.  In order to help you choose when you'd like to volunteer, we're giving you an early peek at the Programme - click here to download it.

Post-script from Celia - The numbers next to the date (XX of YY) indicate how many of the slots are taken up, out of how many available.  We would very much appreciate it if you could prioritise the slots which have not yet reached the number of volunteers needed (i.e. the first number is smaller than the second) - particularly the final Sunday shifts which I overlooked adding when I created the shifts!
