Demand action on domestic abuse

Demand action on domestic abuse in Lambeth

There has been an alarming rise in domestic abuse during lockdown, with a 50% increase of reports to the police.  This increase is pushing the already overstretched support services to breaking point. It’s making an already difficult situation even more desperate for many women in our community.

At WEP Lambeth, we’re calling on Lambeth Council to guarantee that women will receive the support they need now and as the lockdown eases.

You can read our full letter to the Council HERE.
