I totally agree with Sandi’s statement. I work in an all male environment for nearly 10 years and have been upset and insulted and even been called a prostitute etc. Going to my boss was a joke he send its banter. Banter at my expense. I put a grievance in as I even had email evidence. The conclusion was no findings as it was a very one sided investigation. In house of course. This outcome was extremely upsetting but I shouldnt of been suprised as the men have stuck together. I am now going to the second stage of appeal I will take it all the way if I have to. This is so common and men just get protected. I will fight to the end. Woman need to take a stand. I am also a single mother of 3 and I got treated like shit off Dad I had to move out with kids while he got a good solicitor and lied through his teeth. Buts thats another story. Mothers need to bring their sons up to respect women and take more responsibilities for family life. We need more women to make this country strong and beautiful. Xx
