The Women's Equality Party Sheffield invites you to be part of a creative new campaign to make our streets safer for everyone in Sheffield, day and night.

Most women - and also many men - have experienced unwanted attention in public places. That's street harassment, and we should not have to tolerate it, whether it's verbal, with catcalls, insults or whistles - or physical pushing, grabbing or worse. 

Together we intend to start something in Sheffield that will be noticed and really make a difference. Join us on June 18th and bring your energy and ideas to help shape the campaign. We have invited interested parties and local organisations and are delighted to welcome our members and supporters to join us in contributing to developing ideas for tackling this important issue. 

The event is ticket only.  Tickets are free, and a suggested £5 donation towards costs on the day will include refreshments. Register for tickets here. Places are limited but we will hold a waiting list - hope to see you there!
