WE Love Books presents: Jane Rogers

WE love books and we love cake! As an extra special book club get together- we will be reading Jane Roger's latest novel 'Conrad & Eleanor'.

WE are especially excited to offer you the unique opportunity to talk to Jane about her book in an informal and welcoming gathering over tea and cake.

If you haven't read her latest book, don't worry - do still join us to welcome Jane to discuss her books and the themes around which they revolve. Conrad and Eleanor was also broadcast as 'Books at Bedtime'.

Jane Rogers is a British novelist, editor, scriptwriter, lecturer, and teacher. She is best known for her novels The Testament of Jessie Lamb (which won the Arthur C Clarke award in 2012), Mr Wroe's Virgins and the Voyage Home. Her collected stories, Hitting Trees with Sticks (2012) was shortlisted for the Edgehill Prize. In 1994 Rogers was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.
