Thank you for your interest in WEP Manchester.
It's been a busy year as we have been marking the centenary of (some) women securing the right to vote with a series of events and campaigns. We ran energetic campaigns in this year's local elections for candidates in Deansgate, Chorlton and Eccles. Our "rather radical not so arty-farty" garden party raised funds for forthcoming campaigns and we celebrated Manchester Pride with trail-blazer activists Angela and Luchia and a Women in Pride LGBT+ quiz.
We're planning to hold a mini-conference in the spring - Women in the Criminal Justice System, so please get in touch if you have a particular interest or knowledge in this area.

Our branch meetings take place at the Pankhurst Centre, though we may try other venues and times in future. Upcoming meetings are taking place on:
