Get a team together for our feminist fundraising quiz - or come along and join a team on the night! The more the merrier!
£5 entry per person
Our third fun, feminist pub quiz. Always great fun. Come and test your wits against our quiz mistress! Bring a team or come along alone and meet new people, everyone welcome. £2 per person playing.
Come and bag a table from 7pm, quizzing starts 7:30!
Food and drink are available at the venue.
(Update: we had to change from the original date, 28th March, to Thursday 11th April and hope everyone can still attend!)
For a fun way to donate AND freshen up your wardrobe, come along to our fundraiser Clothes Swap on 11th April. It's £10 a ticket and runs from 7pm-9pm. Ticket sales go towards helping us fund the local election on 2nd May and it gets those clothes you've been meaning to donate for ages out from under your feet. Help support the party and get a new outfit.
This month we are reading Reni Eddo-Lodge's book 'Why I'm no longer talking to white people about race'.
A top 5 Sunday Times Bestseller and winner of countless awards, this book explores issues from eradicated black history to the political purpose of white dominance, whitewashed feminism to the inextricable link between class and race.
We're excited to read this book and consider feminism in the context of race and intersectionality.
Join us for part or all of the discussion. All welcome. As always it doesn't matter if you've read all or only part of the book, come along and be part of the conversation.
Join us as we launch our 2019 local election campaign.
If you have not canvassed before there will be loads of support, let's get Liz Orr and Celine Thomas elected!
