How we treat others might be directly related with what we unconsciously relate to them. Your willingness to examine your own possible hidden or unconscious biases is an important step in understanding the roots of stereotypes and prejudice in our society, and help you act on them.
Following Black History month, WE decided to examine ourselves in search of these biases, and now we invite you to do the same.
We have chosen Project Implicit from Harvard, which measures how biased you are in terms of sex, race, skin colour, age and weight. You can take the test here.
